Ralhum Sports Donates a Cricket Pitch Cover to Zahira College

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting youth sports development, Ralhum Sports donated a cricket pitch cover to Zahira College on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

The donation was officially handed over to Mr. Trizviiy Marikkar, who accepted the contribution on behalf of Zahira College. This initiative reflects Ralhum Sports' dedication to providing young athletes with the resources they need to succeed.

For over 30 years, Ralhum Sports has supplied sporting equipment and also given back to the sporting community through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The company believes that investing in school sports is an investment in the future of the nation.

How the pitch cover helps

A pitch cover protects the cricket wicket from bad weather. This gives better playing conditions and fewer interruptions to training sessions and matches. The cover is expected to benefit generations of students and strengthen Zahira College's sports programmes.

Representatives of Ralhum Sports reaffirmed the company's mission to support schools, clubs and aspiring athletes across Sri Lanka. We wish the students, coaching staff and management of Zahira College every success on and off the field.
