Warranty and returns

Products you buy from Ralhum Sports carry the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. A manufacturing defect is a fault that was in the product when it was made. It is not damage that happens while you use the product.

14-day return window

If your item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in the condition you received it.

How to make a claim

1. Call or WhatsApp us, or email sales@ralhum.com, within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Give us your order number and photos that show the defect.
3. Keep the item in the condition you received it until we reply.
4. We will review your claim, tell you where to send the item and let you know the next step.

What is not covered

• Damage from use, accidents or normal wear and tear.
• Products bought from other sellers, including hand-imported products, because they did not come through the official distributor.
