Products you buy from Ralhum Sports carry the manufacturer's warranty. This page explains what the warranty covers and how to make a claim.

Manufacturer's warranty

The warranty comes from the brand that made the product, and it covers manufacturing defects only. A manufacturing defect is a fault that was in the product when it was made. For example, a seam that was not stitched properly. It is not damage that happens while you play.

What is not covered

• Damage from use, accidents or normal wear and tear.
• Products bought from other sellers, including hand-imported products, because they did not come through the official distributor.

14-day return window

If your item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in the condition you received it.

How to make a claim

1. Call or WhatsApp us, or use our contact page, within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Give us your order number and photos that show the defect.
3. Keep the item in the condition you received it until we reply.
4. We will review your claim and tell you the next step.
