The Gilbert Morgan Pass Developer is a weighted rugby ball made to strengthen the wrists and help players pass further. At roughly 1 kg it is heavier than a standard ball, so passing a normal match ball feels easier after training with it.

  • Weighted training ball of about 1 kg
  • Helps build wrist strength and passing distance
  • Offered in sizes 4 and 5, for juniors and seniors

Use it for short technique sets rather than long sessions, and always warm up first.
