The Swinga Ball 156 g is the senior men's weight version of the Swinga Technique Ball, a cricket training ball that behaves like a new leather ball in pace, bounce, swing and seam. It is made for batting practice and for throwdowns with fast ball throwers.
- Weight: 156 g, the senior men's weight
- Half-dimple, half-smooth design that helps seam and swing
- Regulation men's size with the bounce of a new leather ball and a little give on impact
- Best for quick throwers such as the RoboArm, RapidArm and Sidearm
- Training ball only, not for match play
